Say you're looking for a letter to an old business acquaintance from Switzerland, whose name and home town you can't remember. Just select the category "Towns / Switzerland". Thanks to FindWords clever reduction of data you'll not see thousands of swiss towns, but only those which are actually contained in your files. When you see the list of perhaps ten or twenty town names you'll probably than remember which of them it was, so that a single click of your mouse will offer you the right document.
